על פי כתב האישום, ביום השלישי לשני, אתה, ביחד עם חאלד, הרכבתם שני רובים מאולתרים, החבאתם אותם, אחרי יומיים נפגשת עם פרחאן ועם חאלד והלכתם לירות על היישוב נחל עוז. לקחתם את הרובה שהחבאתם, ונתתם לפרחאן 3 כדורים. אתה נשארת במקום ואילו הם הלכו וירו שלושה כדורים על המפעל ביישוב.
